2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon Clabber Girl Baking Powder

3/4 cup unsalted butter

4-6 tablespoons whipping cream

5 egg yolks

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

2 cups milk

6 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Fresh raspberries, as required

1 cup red currant jelly, apple jelly or sieved apricot preserves - warmed
