3 quarts chicken stock (Recipe ## 73122 works well)

6-12 large shrimp

10 ounces carrots , sliced

10 ounces boneless chicken breasts , cubed

1 head broccoli

2 green peppers

For Beef

For Fish and Shrimp

1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger

1 small Chinese cabbage

2 red peppers

2-3 chopped garlic cloves

10 ounces boneless beef sirloin

10 ounces salmon fillets or tuna fillets or halibut fillets

2 tablespoons sesame oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

For chicken

2-3 tablespoons peanut oil

Marinade Ingredients (optional)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1-2 teaspoon chili powder
