1 (10-oz) bag of frozen calamari/squid rings (can be found at many grocery stores or Asian Markets)

2 cups Panko bread crumbs (found in the Asian food aisle)

1 Tbsp cayenne pepper

1 Tbsp salt

1 Tbsp dried oregano

1/2 cup flour

2 egg whites

additional salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup jarred marinara sauce

1/2 cup light mayo

1/4 cup light sour cream

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

juice from 1/2 lemon (other half cut into wedges for serving)

Srircha to taste (if you want to make it spicy!)
