6 hard-boiled eggs , sliced into discs

1 cup parmesan cheese , cheese grated

1 lb mozzarella cheese , shredded

1 (16 ounce) container ricotta cheese

1 lb fresh white button mushrooms , sliced

25-30 meatballs (see Doris Roberts' Meatballs )

1 cup frozen peas
