1 (16 ounce) package frozen shelled edamame , thawed

2 teaspoons sesame oil

salt & fresh ground pepper

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

2 garlic cloves , minced

1 teaspoon wasabi paste

2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 cups arborio rice

2 red bell peppers , seeded and sliced into rounds

2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce

1 lb lean flank steak

6 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard (I love boetje's stoneground dutch mustard)

mesquite powder
