¼ cup sunflower seeds

½ bunch kale, chopped

½ bunch Swiss chard, chopped (I love Rainbow Chard, but any variety will do)

1 cup butternut squash ribbons (thinly shaved raw slices)

¼ cup dried cranberries

2 tablespoons crumbled chevre

1/2 cup orange juice

1 tablespoon Dijon

¼ teaspoon sea salt to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon herbs de Provence
