I just made this for the first time last night. It's good but i think i needed to cook it a little longer. I used a candy thermometer and watched it carefully, but it's a little soft. It won't go to waste though because it is yummy.

I've made this several times. I would mention that you need to pay attention to stirring it. I've never burned it, but you could. Also, I use a silicone sheet to pour it onto. The whole piece will pop right off when it's cool. My grandchildren think that's pretty cool! This stuff is very good and makes a great holiday gift.

3 cups roasted, unsalted almonds crushed
