1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 pinch paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 1/3 cups heavy cream

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

4 ounces cream cheese (room temp.)

10 ounces white cheddar cheese , cut into 1-inch squares

1 tablespoon fresh chives (optional for garnish)

2/3 cup sour cream

1-2 cup monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend , shredded (combined)

10 ounces Velveeta cheese , cut into 1-inch squares

1 egg

1 teaspoon mustard powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder
