Ingredients for 8 servings

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 1/2 pounds chicken breast (I used chicken on the bone)

1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces

4 stalks celery, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

1 large onion, diced

12 ounces cooked sausage links, sliced

15 ounce can White Beans, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons all purpose flour

2 cups chicken broth

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
