2 tablespoons paprika (not hot)

1/2 teaspoon cayenne

2 teaspoons ground ginger

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups coarsely chopped fresh cilantro

1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

8 semi-boneless quail
