2 cups cubed cooked chicken (to save time, can use cooked rotisserie chicken from the market)

2 1/2 cups cooked white rice or wild rice

1 tablespoon butter , melted

1/2 cup milk

1 cup soft breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon snipped fresh basil , crushed or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil , crushed

1/4 cup slivered almond, toasted (optional)

1 cup frozen peas
