Ingredients for 4 servings

2 oz quinoa flour

2 oz sorghum flour

4 oz millet flour

4 oz Brown Rice Flour

4 oz sweet rice flour

4 oz tapioca starch/flour

2 tsp Xanthan Gum

1 tsp Guar Gum

2 1/2 oz Sugar

1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1 1/2 tsp Cream Of Tartar

1 tsp Salt

4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

1 1/4 cup Buttermilk

2 x eggs

1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted (and you could add dried fruit, but we were just looking for a simple bun)
