2 x onion

1 x carrot

5 tbsp distilled white vinegar

5 tbsp water

1 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes

1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1 cup extra virgin olive oil
