1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1 lb. pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubesĀ (see How to get extra-tender pork )

2 Tbs. olive oil

1-1/2 tsp. curry powder

1/4 tsp. ground paprika

Salt to taste

3 Tbs. orange juice

1 to 2 Tbs. coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

1/4 lb. large, firm, seedless grapes, such as the Flame variety

1/4 tsp. ground coriander

1/4 tsp. ground cumin

1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
