Ingredients

1 can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

2 preserved lemons, rinds only, chopped, plus 2 teaspoons juice from the jar (recipe below)

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

3 cloves garlic, chopped

1/3 cup Tahini paste

1/4 cup olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

10 lemons (Meyer if you have access, but if not regular lemons are fine)

1/2 cup sea salt

1 cup white sesame seeds

1/3 cup vegetable oil
