Ingredients

1 2-lb. pork tenderloin

1 apple, sliced (Laurie likes Granny Smith or Pippins)

2 TB. olive oil

1-2 TB. BAVARIAN SEASONING

1 lb. fresh green beans

2-4 TB. butter

2-4 TB. RASPBERRY ENLIGHTENMENT

1/3 Cup chopped pecans (optional)

1 16 oz. bag fresh or frozen cranberries, rinsed

1/2 Cup sugar

3 TB. lemon juice (or 1 tsp MINCED LEMON PEEL)

1-2 jalapeño peppers, chopped (or 1/2-1 tsp. CRUSHED JALAPEÑO PEPPERS)

2 tsp. ARROWROOT STARCH, dissolved in 2 TB. water
