1 scallion, chopped

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

2 teaspoons honey

1/4 teaspoon sesame oil

tuna STEAKS:

2 teaspoons cornstarch

1/4 cup orange juice

3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

5 teaspoons honey

1/8 teaspoon crushed red-pepper flakes

2 teaspoons sesame oil

4 yellowfin tuna steaks (6 ounces each), about 3/4" thick
