Orange bell pepper, chopped

1 x chopped yellow pepper

1 x chopped jalapeno

1 can tomatoes (28 oz)

1 bottle amber ale or porter (12oz)

2 cans red kidney beans (15 oz)

2 cans black beans (15 oz)

2 tbsp white wine vinegar

5 x cloves garlic minced

2 tbsp chili powder

1 tbsp toasted coriander, ground in a coffee grinder

1 tbsp toasted cumin seed, ground in a coffee grinder

2 tbsp chopped chilis in adobo

1 tbsp sweet smoked paprika

Salt to taste

1 x Sour Cream

1 x Chopped cilantro

1 x Sliced scallions

1 x Shredded smoked gouda

1 x Tortilla Chips
