10 g cumin powder , roasted

100 ml mint chutney

oil, to deep fry

To serve with

10 g sliced onions

For garnishing

10 g red capsicums , juliennes

100 ml tamarind chutney or tomato ketchup

10 g chat masala


10 g carrots , juliennes
