10 dried kaffir lime leaves, torn or juice of half a lime

2 x 400ml cans coconut milk

4.0 tbsp massaman curry powder

600.0g peeled raw tiger prawns

1 small pineapple , peeled and chopped into chunks

1.0 tbsp fish sauce

2.0 tsp turmeric

2.0 tbsp palm sugar , or soft brown sugar

1.0 tbsp vegetable oil

5 red chilli , chopped
