1 14 ounce can chickpeas/Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/3 cup red onion, thinly sliced in half moons

2 tbsp Extra-Virgin olive oil (extra for serving)

1 tsp red wine vinegar

5-6 Fresh basil leaves

Sea Salt and Fresh Black Pepper to taste
