10 x sun dried tomatoes, roughly chopped

handful of parsley leaves, roughly chopped

3 tbsp olive oil

1/2 x clove garlic, minced or pressed or grated

juice and zest from 1/2 lemon

big pinch of salt

a few turns of pepper

1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted and hot
