1-2 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder (optional)

1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce

8 ounces mushrooms

1 (15 ounce) can cut baby corn

3 cups snow peas (8 ounces)

1 orange bell pepper , julienne cut (4 ounces)

10 cups fat-free chicken broth

3 teaspoons ginger

1 cup celery , diced (4 ounces)

4 garlic cloves , minced

1/2 teaspoon salt , to taste (optional)

3 medium carrots , peeled and diced (4 ounces)

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast , diced into 1/2 inch pieces
