6 grouper, halibut or firm white fish fillets (about 5 oz. ea.)

1 large onion, chopped

4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels

1 Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon Cube, prepared with 1 cup water

2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped

1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro

2 tsp. hot green pepper sauce
