2 large sweet onions, such as Vidalia or Walla Walla, thinly sliced

1/3 cup crumbled creamy goat cheese, (2 ounces)

1 1/2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 cup water

3 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste

2 ounces Whole-Wheat pizza dough, (recipe follows) or other prepared dough

cornmeal, for dusting

1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary, or 1/2 teaspoon dried
