2 tbsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup water

1/2 x vanilla pod, sliced down the center

1 spring rosemary, wrapped in cheesecloth

5 stalks fresh rhubarb, chopped into 1-inch pieces

2 cup water

2 cup organic cane sugar

2 springs rosemary
