1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds

1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds

1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds

1 tsp Mustard Seeds

1 tsp Turmeric

1 x Juice of 1 Large Lemon

100 g Creamed Coconut

500 ml Vegetable Stock
