500 g Onions, chopped

3 x Green Chillies, deseeded & finely chopped

40 g Fresh Ginger, peeled & finely diceD

300 g Tofu

3 x Cardamom Pods

3 x Piece of Cinnamon

6 x Cloves

1 tsp Coriander Seeds

1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds

1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds

1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds

1 tsp Mustard Seeds

1 tsp Turmeric

1 x Juice of 1 Large Lemon

100 g Creamed Coconut

500 ml Vegetable Stock
