4 cups plain flour

2 eggs

1/4 cup light olive oil

1/3 cup water


100 g butter

Olive oil for cooking

1 onion, finely diced & 4 garlic cloves, minced

3-4 roasted red peppers (1 used ones from a jar), roughly chopped

3 fresh tomatoes, diced

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1.5 teaspoons hot chilli sauce

1 teaspoon chilli flakes

Small handful parsley, finely chopped

2 tablespoon flour

1 cup vegetable stock

500 g green prawn meat, cleaned and chopped into small chunks

1 egg yolk and a little milk

Salt & freshly ground black pepper
