7 Ingredients

  • 12 oz Aherns all-purpose gluten-free flour mix
  • 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1/2 tsp Guar Gum
  • 1 1/2 oz White rice flour
  • 4 oz Powdered Sugar (grind it fine, if you can)
  • generous pinch kosher salt
  • 1/2 lb unsalted butter, cool and not melty (out of the refrigerator for 10 minutes)
