3 tablespoons of cold water

1 can (15 ounces) pure pumpkin (make sure this is not a can labeled “pie filling”

2/3 cup packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Pinch of ground cloves

3 large eggs

1 1/4 cups of whipping cream
