1 large jalapeno, diced

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup dry roasted pistachios

1 1/4 cups vegetable broth

1 1/2 cups tempeh bacon
