  • 2 lbs (4 cups) butternut squash, peeled, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 Tbsps LAND O LAKES® Butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup molasses
  • 3 Tbsps soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsps coarse ground pepper
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
