  • 1 cup snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 (10-oz) package leaf lettuce and romaine blend salad greens
  • 2 (6-oz) packages refrigerated grilled chicken strips, coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/3 cups frozen shelled edamame (green soybeans), thawed
  • 1 (11-oz) can mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
  • 1 (8-oz) can diced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1/2 cup low-fat sesame-ginger dressing (such as Newman's Own)
  • 1 cup crispy chow mein noodles
