Ingredients for 4 servings

dollop brown sauce

1 tsp paprika (optional) or to taste

dollop red sauce

1 clove garlic (optional) grushed

1 tin baked beans and 1 tin red kidney beans (drained)

1 or 2 onions sliced or chopped as preferred

green pepper chopped

i tin tomatoes (chopped if possible)

oil tablespoon

450 (ish) grams mince beef

1 tsp chilli powder or to taste

about 250mls Bisto gravy (2 or3 teaspoons powder in water)

OR 2 tins baked beans

mushrooms halved or chopped
