1/4 tsp. Granulated Garlic


4 oz. thin spaghetti or linguine--cooked, rinsed, and drained

1 carrot coarsely shredded

12 cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered

1 small head of broccoli, cut into small bite size pieces

4 oz. raw mushrooms, sliced

2 TB. Sesame Seeds, toasted (see note below)
