1 cup shredded green cabbage

1/4 teaspoon celery seeds

6 Kaiser or other large rolls, split

1/4 cup cider vinegar

1 onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1 cup ketchup


3 tablespoons cider vinegar

1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste Barbecue Sauce

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
