1 lb. sweet potatoes, shredded, and steamed for 10 minutes

1 cup fresh corn kernals (can use frozen)

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 bunch green onions, white and 3-inches of green parts, chopped

1 tsp. ancho chile powder

½ tsp. salt

1 tsp. cumin

1/2 tsp. cinnamon
