1 Package maple and brown sugar oatmeal (1.23oz)

1 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk, as needed (depending on how thick your like your smoothie)

3 cup ice cubes

2 tsp brown sugar

3/4 tsp cinnamon extract

1/8 tsp anise extract

1 pinch nutmeg

1/2 tsp ground ginger

5 tbsp pumpkin Puree, as needed

1 oz protein powder (optional)

5 tbsp maple syrup to taste
