taco seasoning

1 cup carrot (chopped small)

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 large chicken breasts (poached and chopped small)

1 (26 ounce) chicken stock (I use Swanson's brand)

1 cup red bell pepper (chopped small)

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 cup milk

1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes (undrained and chopped smaller)

1 cup corn tortilla chips (crumbs)

1 cup yellow onion (chopped small)

2 tablespoons minced garlic cloves
