I used mango instead of currants, sunflower seeds instead of pistachios, and just used extra of all the nuts to make up for no flax seeds on hand. Very good! Love it!

Ingredients

3 cups rolled oats

2/3 cup raw pistachios

1/2 cup chopped, raw almonds

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1/3 cup raw pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds)

2 tablespoons hemp seeds (optional; can also use flax seeds)

2 teaspoons ground cardamom

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup grade B maple syrup

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 cup currants
