These were really good. I used a butter knife to scoop out the seeds and then cut the bottom end off. They're not too much of a pain and they're good. I used extra pesto and pepper

½ of a medium avocado, peeled, seeded and chopped

2 oz. cream cheese, softened

2 Tbsp. basil pesto

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Snipped fresh basil
