  • Pepper, to taste
  • Soy butter sauce, recipe follows
  • 4 ozs baby bok choy
  • 4 ozs dill mayonnaise, recipe follows
  • 3 bay scallops
  • 1-oz fresh spinach
  • 3 bay shrimps
  • 1-oz shiitake mushroom, julienned
  • 3 (3-oz) fresh Mahi Mahi pieces
  • 2 ti leaves, ribs removed or corn husks or banana leaaves
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 ozs lomi tomato relish, recipe follows
