1/2 cup milk

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning

2 teaspoons salt

FOR SPAETZLE

1/8 teaspoon baking powder

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 eggs , well beaten
