1 1/2 ounces freshly pressed white grape juice

1 1/2 ounces sherry vinegar

1 cup Spanish extra-virgin olive oil

Salt and white pepper, to taste

18 grapes, peeled and halved

12 x Cherry Tomatoes

1 x Cucumber,peeled and cut into half inch cubes

4 x pearl onions,pulled apart into segments

2 Tbsp Spanish extra-virgin olive oil

1 Tbsp Sherry Vinegar

Sea salt to taste

4 x Chives-cut into one inch long pieces

7 ounces White Gazpacho--Blanched Almonds

21/2 cups Water

11/2 ounces Bread

11/2 ounces freshly pressed white grape Juice

11/2 ounces Sherry Vinegar

1 cup Spanish extra-virgin olive oil

salt and white pepper to taste

18 x grapes,peeled and halved
