18 grapes, peeled and halved

12 x cherry tomatoes

1 x cucumber,peeled and cut into half inch cubes

4 x pearl onions,pulled apart into segments

2 Tbsp Spanish extra-virgin olive oil

1 Tbsp sherry vinegar

sea salt to taste

4 x chives-cut into one inch long pieces
