turmeric 1/4 teaspoon

olive oil - 1 tablespoon

garlic - 2-3 cloves finely chopped (optional)

mango - 1 ripe peeled and cubed (use raw mangoes if you prefer tart to sweet)

spinach - 3-4 cups raw chopped

jeera/cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon

green chilies - 1 slit lengthwise

salt to taste
