Ingredients for 4 servings

2 cup lentils (mine were brown)

3 cup chicken broth (you could use veggie)

3 cup water

1 small yellow onion, diced

1 cup diced celery

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp corriander

1 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp dried mustard

1/2 tsp turmeric

4 x cloves garlic, chopped

1 can diced chiles, 4 oz (hot or mild, your choice)--no need to drain

1 tbsp dried parsley

2 large chicken breast halves
