1/4 teaspoon pepper , to taste

4 cups water

1 lb lean bulk turkey sausage or pork sausage (such as Jimmy Dean)

1 large onion , diced

1/2 teaspoon salt , to taste

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

3 (15 ounce) cans black-eyed peas , rinsed and drained

4 teaspoons molasses

4 beef bouillon cubes
