This is sooo easy and delicious. The only things I would change is : 1. Add a little pasta water to the cream sauce to prevent it from getting too pasty when it cools down 2. I would peel and seed some Roma tomatoes. The halved cherry tomatoes are ok but the skins come off and noone wants to eat just skin

4 ounces uncooked ziti

1/2 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1 garlic clove, minced

6 tablespoons half-and-half

3 tablespoons Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

1 cup fresh spinach
