1 1/2 teaspoons whole cumin seeds

1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric

1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

1 cup vegetable broth or water

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into 3/4" chunks

10 ounces frozen lima beans, defrosted ground black pepper

2 cups hot cooked basmati rice
