1 lb italian turkey sausage, cooked

1/4 tbsp white vinegar

1/4 tbsp pure maple syrup

1 1/2 tsp dried italian seasoning

1 tsp red pepper flakes

salt & pepper to taste

1/2 cup parmesan or feta cheese
